I bought this chair through Amazon and their supplier for this item, its very comfortable and well made for heavy duty usage. Their manufacturer has a very outstanding customer service because when I received the chair, there was a little damage on the the bottom back side. I reported the defect right away and they went out of their way to correspond with me and they sent a replacement right away. WOW! I hope that this company and seller should be a model on how a merchant takes care of their customers. When I'll have another need to buy an office furniture, I will dilligently look for this particular merchant again because they have gained my business for life.
