I bought these casters hoping to prevent marks on my hardwood floor. They leave black rubber marks all over the floor. Avoid this product as it will damage your floor.
There are a lot of these lamps on the market, but this one caught my eye since I toyed with a similar Alvin model in an art store a while ago. The lamp is fantastic, if you're ok with fluorescent lighting at least. On the plus side, the light is a daylight-simulator so it brightens up the room very nicely. The clamp is a vice-type and works pretty well, and it's definitely heavy duty enough for just about any setting. The lamp articulates very well and the magnifier works tremendously well. I use this as lamp at my regular computer desk, and I love it :)
I ordered this thinking that I could use it for books but when I got it and tried to put it together, I realized how cheap and weak it was.Maybe I could use it to hold baskets full of socks or small articles of clothing, but I wanted a bookcase.I guess I should have researched it more,but when I searched for "3 shelf bookcase" this one popped up.It sounded good and looked nice, but $94 was too much for something that isn't strong.
First of all, the packaging was rediculous. It consisted of five layers of cardboard and tape, and then the whole thing was wrapped in clingwrap and tape. It took me 30 minutes just to get it open! (I am convinced this is a ploy to prevent returns)The instructions were incredibly vague, and the pieces don't fit together perfectly, you have to use quite a bit of muscle to get it together. The lamp was broken (I fixed it with superglue but now the switch doesn't turn and I have to plug it in to turn it on) and the device to attach it to the table is downright pathetic. Hinges are alternately too stiff or too lose, and bottom swivel has no control, so it basically just hangs there.
I got these beauties to replace the casters on my office chair at home that had broken.They are nicely constructed and fit right in where the previous casters had been.The non-roll feature is kind of nice too, but I'm not sure it's worth the asking price.The price is a bit high in my opinion, but it was worth it to me to have a chair that didn't limp again and hopefully get a product that has high enough quality not to just break again.
I was very happy with my purchase.I liked the color of the wood and the weight of the gavel.It also has a good sound when hitting the block, however, the block is not as heavy as I though it would be.Shipping was much faster than they promised and I am overall very impressed with my purchase.I would definately purchase again.
I needed to get a desk for drawing and computer (laptop) work in a small space for a few months. This is the only somewhat ergonomic choice below $300.
Due to my own mistake I ordered the wrong sized casters, so be careful when picking the size.Return took a couple weeks, but the vendor provided the RMA and return went well.I ordered correct size from same manufacturer and they work great.Replacement easy and quick.Been using them for a couple weeks now.I recommend them.
I went looking through Amazon for a replacement chair for my computer desk. The old chair was refurbished by myself and purchased from a second-hand market. It's beautiful, but after a couple years of wear and hours of sitting at the computer, my neck was killing me! Keep in mind that I have a relatively physical job lifting baggage 12 hours+ at the airport, so my body is aching when I get home. I needed a comfortable chair with a high-back to rest my weary neck.
I studied various types of casters for our kitchen chairs since our new house has hardwood floors.After careful research, I decided these soft casters were what we needed.We love them!You can feel and hear the difference as they roll on the floor.They leave no marks of any kind on the floor.Great for any kind of hard surface flooring, but especially good to protect hardwood finishes.
Please don't buy this product. It is very poorly made. The back panel is split in to two halves: one half of the panel was not long enough or wide enough to fully cover the seams, leaving visible gaps along one side and the top. The staining on this product is uncharacteristically uneven. It just isn't worth the money.
The desk itself is perfect for what we wanted: clean and functional design. The packaging, however, was inadequate. The carton had busted during shipping with the result that a couple of pieces had fallen out and two edges were nicked. The construction was simple enough that we could find replacement parts in our stash of screws and knobs, and the nicks weren't so bad as to warrant the hassle of returning the piece ... but really, shipping shouldn't be all that difficult.
this is a beautiful pen and works real nice.I don't buy expensive pens because I lose them very easily.This one is real nice and highly recommend it.
We use these for posting directional signs at our shows. They fit the bill, but are light enough to be knocked around, and we have to train the new people how to extend and retract the legs. But for the price, we are willing to deal with these minor inconveniences.
I got this the desk/hutch combo for my 4th grader about a month ago. My son loves it and it looks really nice in his room. Very sturdy and looks rich. It comes mostly assembled except for the legs which are easy to assemble. Overall a great desk for students.
The description for this product was incorrectly labeled as a soft wheel caster.When I received this item, I found the item was actually a hard wheel caster.However, I was able to return the item without any problem.
I've had this computer corner, along with a 48" work table, for almost 12 years at home. I hate to think how many hours I've sat at this table. It is virtually indestructible, holds everything well, is easy to move (though it hasn't been moved hardly) and has the perfect dimensions. There is a laminate/mdf insert that fits into a grove and covers almost all of the top. Thus, you can use this to write on and it will absorb heat from the computer without warping the furniture. If you are into modular workstations and need to move stuff around, this is it -- for home or office.

This is not an adult sized chair it is a student size or for a very petite person.
We were looking for something to hide the computer during times that we were using the room for something else...I couldn't be happier with this office cabinet and hutch! It is made of sturdy wood, has an awesome finish, and has plenty of areas for organization. There is a place for everything and then some! What a deal...an AWESOME product for an AWESOME price..AND it arrived 2 weeks earlier than told to us! Very pleased! :)
This stool is essentially an enlarged bicycle seat.Contrary to the product description, there is NO back support.The company I work for (a large website named after a river) requires its fulfillment center employees with desk jobs to use these stools.Since I am short and my feet don't touch the floor, I have a specially made step stool on which to rest my feet.How's that for high-tech?These stools are a nightmare: they may serve a purpose, but it is NOT to sit at a computer for 10-12 hours a day.
The glides work very well, they don't scratch the floors, and the quality is excellent.
This mat was okay for the first week and then began to crack -- I've had it for a little over a month and it's completely webbed with cracks.It is only a matter of time before it falls apart completely.
Very solid and sturdy. It glides easily after installation. Much better than the plastic one I previously had. Installation went well as I've done this before. If you haven't, a second set of hands could be useful. All in all, a very good product although the room for the mouse on the tray is somewhat limited. However, it fits under most standard desks.
I love this stool. Always wanted one, but they were too expensive, and looked like I stole one from a library. This one is very pretty and useful too. It was also reasonably-priced. Add to that fast shipping and you have a real winnner.

Excellent drafing table or workbench chair. Sturdy. Good amount of ajustments available. Comfortable, with a good back and seat cushion. Foot rest placement is good. It swivels around completely. Stable. Not a desk chair! Made specially for taller tables, like workbenches. Great product.
First the good. It's easy to assemble, looks very nice and is very easy to adjust. The foot rest is very comfortable.The seat is a little hard, so you might want a cushion for extended sitting. The color is not as saturated as it looks in the photos, it's a cross between crimson and maroon. The weave is a little fuzzier than I hoped for, but it looks nice overall.
I will never order any item from this supplier ever again.I ordered the product and when I received it I was shocked.I was not what I thought it was, the base was plastic and I do not believe there was any bronze on it at all.When I contacted the supplier I was informed that I would need to pay the return shipping charge and if I did not ship fedex or HDL they would not apply a credit.After all was said and done it cost me approx $70.00 to view this product.I believe there decription was deceptive and they would not work with me at all to resolve the issue. Besides the shipping charges for both way they also deducted a restocking fee from my credit.I would have kept the item if I just changed my mind but the item was not what I felt it would be.It was a cheap copy and looked as such.
I've been fixing up a 'red room' (for the color of the room, a red-and-wood decor) in our 1930s-era home for TV, reading, and generally family hanging-out. Because our family's history, interests, and concerns take us around the world, I thought a floor globe would make a nice touch. After looking at a few unappealing examples at an office supply chain, I bought this one online and assembled it last night.
I really like the look of this stool. I honestly don't sit in it for long periods of time, so I can't comment on extended use, but the seat has been comfortable for what I use it for. I got it to use with a stand-up desk configuration as something to sit on when I need a short break from standing. With a maximum seat height of about 26-27 inches, it is about 3 or 4 inches shorter than I had hoped it would be. I don't consider this to be "bar stool height". I have used it more for sitting at a lower table when I am working on computers.
The stool is not bulky and looks nice in my home.However, I'd prefer a more adjustable chair.For instance, the seat back does not adjust front and back, and the seat bottom does not tilt forward.The lumbar support feels good against my spine, but it deflates every day.The foot support ring diameter is too small that it might as well not exist; it's not a comfortable foot position.The seat bottom is very comfortable, so I'm interested in testing other Tiffany Office Furniture products.
I have wanted a wooden chair mat for a long time.The plastic mats break down and impede smooth movement of the desk chair.The wood mat solves these two pesky problems.I also like that the mat comes in different sizes and configurations.It is also well priced.So this was a good purchase.
Bungie cords make for a very comfortable yet supportive office chair.Everything works well - rolls smoothly, hydrolic raising and lowering works without any problems.I like the unobtrusive look of the low back and no arms; it fits in well with my modern home.I've considered buying another to take to work...it's a fraction of the cost of most nice office chairs but looks and feels so much better.
This chair is excellent for typing. I use it all day in front of my computer. Other chairs hurt my lower back, but this one helps me maintain proper posture. I love it. Very confortable for long tasks. The armless design means that I can slip in and out of the chair without pulling it out from under the desk. It's not bouncy even though it doesn't have back legs. But, the seat is 19 inches off the ground. You may want to pick up a foot rest if you are short. Works well on carpet. Slides easily and distributes the weight on a wide area. Don't call it a guest chair.
I love this step stool!It moves around the kitchen easily so it is never in the way.It sits right down when you step on it or sit on it.Both my husband and I are large people and it easily accommodates us.It was a great purchase for our kitchen.

I have owned a similar Varier chair for 8 years. It is incredibly well made and is practically in the same shape as when I first bought it. I was so impressed with the quality that I purchased another Varier chair for sitting at my dining room table. It also is superbly made and has held up extremely well. These chairs are expensive, but if you can afford one they will last. Before purchasing the Varier chair similar to this one, the Balans to be precise, I purchased a $100 knock-off of this Multi-Balans chair. After about a year it was wobbling and sagging, which defeated the purpose of purchasing a chair to help me maintain a healthy posture. So while this chair Varier products aren't cheap, they are VERY well made and will last for years.
When I ordered this product I did so because it was what appeared when I searched on "leather" drafting chairs.Including shipping I paid $240 which seemed reasonable for leather.Upon receiving it, however, the chair was 100% vinyl.I contacted the seller who confirmed that that was the case after speaking with the manufacturer.They refunded me the $40 shipping and I noted today that they also changed the item description - so they did well by me.The chair is solid and I'm happy with it and the service I got from the seller (Everything Furniture).
This is for two pieces of metal, and a couple of scews. This is NOT for the chair(s).
The difference between the 650 and the 651 is that the 650 has a plastic base and the 651 has an aluminum base. I broke the plastic base on my old chair, so I ordered a 651. But the aluminum base raises the chair an inch or two, plus I use hardwood floor casters that have big, soft wheels that raise the chair another inch or two, so the combination resulted in a chair too tall to fit under my desk.Luckily the next day I found a chair on the street with a plastic base and broken casters, so I swapped bases and now my chair is the right height. (I also found the owner of the chair on the street, fixed her chair with the casters from the 651, and she's coming over to pick up her chair.)
This table looks beautiful but it is the worst purchase I have made on Amazon. It weighs so much that the company Amazon hired to move it was unable to lift it from the truck and into my home. It weighs more than advertised. The 3 center pieces weigh 50 pounds each and the table top is so heavy that two adults cannot move it. It is useless unless you purchase it and than also hirer movers once it is delivered. The first table we ordered was returned because in transit someone attempted to lift it and broke it. It took two tables just to get it at all. I have never encountered a piece of furniture that was crafted to weigh this much. The mover placed it in the basement to avoid injury and was afraid to move it up the stairs to our first floor.
I'm over 300 lbs and have had difficulty with chairs cutting off my circulations in my legs or not being able to support my weight.This is a great chair.Comfortable, reasonably priced.It does take up alot of room but it's worth it to be comfortable and not experience any pain from sitting.
Bought 2, then, weeks later, bought 2 more.That should tell my story.Well crafted, solid constructed desk files.

You need two people to put it together because is heavy; otherwsie is very easy to assemble. I purchased for my new office and I have alot of complements about it. It is a good product. The item arrived before the schedule time.
The backs are not attached to these chairs.You must first measure where the holes for the screws belong, clamp the back to the frame and then drill the 8 holes for the screws.Then you may screw in the 8 screws to attach the back of each chair. This is what they call light assembly.
I had bought 4 of these chairs 3 years ago as back-up chairs to use around the office. They look more expensive then they cost, the hold up well and they are comfortable to sit on!Three years later all my "fancy" office chairs (costing 3 times as much) have fallen apart, but the Boss chairs are still performing just fine!
This chair is really pricey, but it is probably the most comfortable office chair I have ever owned or sat in. I am still trying different positions for even more comfort. This is the first chair I purchased in which all of the linkage for adjustments are internal in the chair and are controlled by buttons, either within the arms or under the chair itself. There are no external arms or linkage to contend with, which really adds to the style of the chair. This chair sits on a hard surface chair mat. It rolls extremely easy, almost too easy. I need to look into a set of chair rollers or wheels that are meant to be on a hard surface. If I needed another office chair, this one would be the one I go after to buy.
