Executive Chair with FiveMotor Massage Black Leather Review

I'm a Massage Therapist and can appreciate receiving massage. The massage action is a joke in this chair. It's so ineffective and has very weak action...5 extremely weak motors.The chair itself is cheapo quality. I actually feel irritated every time I sit in it. I'm going to have to purchase another chair.Theportable insert pads that you place in your existing chair are more effective than this one. The seat is adjustable and if you adjust to it's full height, it really tilts forward on it's axis. You feel like you're going to slide, right out of it. Tbe tilt lock feature doesn't work in my chair.It feels more secure at it's lowest level, but then is too low to feel comfortable when seated at a computer desk. It's cheap quality, my entire family hates this chair. It was easy to assemble and it has a cordless feature, but you have to charge for 10 hours before you can initially use. Subsequent charging takes too long...a few hours and it doesn't keep it's charge for long.

It's not worth the money and I hate it. I really do. This is a lousy chair. Even if it had no "massage" feature, I still hate chair. It looks comfy, that's why I bought it, but it's not. I don't know why Amazon didn't verify my purchase. I sure purchased this chair, from the seller Office2go...just recently. The seller was great. It's the manufacturer I don't like. One last thing, if you should need assistance "while assembling",you won't get it from the manufacturer. If you call their help number, you will get a recording, telling you, they will call you back....within 2 business days...LOL. I called to inquire about the tilt problem. If they did a callback, I certainly not aware of it. I never spoke to anyone. I will never purchase from this manufacturer again.UPDATE: The massage feature stopped working after 5 weeks. This is a piece of junk! Waste of money.
