Cresnel shipped these super fast.I only needed one to replace a wheel that had disintegrated.The post is secured fast in the replacement wheels.And the post was still in the chair.So I had to pry one or the other out.

I found that the best way to proceed was to use a wrench to hold the end of the steel pin in the chair base and pull on it while using a screwdriver to pry it out.

Just a little help for anyone in the same situation.
