I spend 8 - 16 hours a day sitting at one of my desks, either in front of a computer or otherwise.Every other chair I have ever used would require me to get up and move about or readjust quite frequently.Once I got it all adjusted and set to my body - I can sit for hours and barely move.GREAT Chair!
