Very comfortable heavy duty chair. Directions were easy to follow, even though it's just pictures. Everything needed is in the box, including a little ratchet tool. This chair is rated to 250 pounds, and they also carry one rated to 450 pounds if you need extra heavy duty. I bought this for my sewing room. The waterfall design of the seat makes for less pressure on the backs of my legs & knees, so I'm able to sew for longer stretches without back, butt, or leg pain. Comes with a 5-year warranty. Seems to be well constructed - hopefully I'll still be saying that in six months.
