Unfortunately, I bought from Office Max and paid more for the chair.However, Office Max STOOD BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY and completely refunded the excess I paid for the Big & Tall model so I could buy this one.This model seems to be pretty good - I even fall asleep in it because it leans back far enough to be comfortable.SERTA is the best.I tried a ton of them at various stores.I bought from Office Max because they would put it together and have it ready for pick-up before closing time.But, if you are not in a hurry, BUY IT FROM AMAZON AND SAVE!
