Cons : Poor Quality, Rolls Poorly, Not Ergonomic, Not Enough Padding, Lacks Adjustability, Uncomfortable

This seat back is fixed at a right angle. When you raise the seat (which raises on an angle) the seat back forces you to be hunched over. The seat padding is hard and uncomfortable, cutting off circulation. On top of all this, Bizchair puts ALL the blame on the consumer for such a poorly designed product. I have to pay for shipping back and the original "free shipping". This chair caused more pain than what I thought it would relieve. I would have preferred to not give this ANY stars whatsoever but that option is not there.
