Black Backless Stool Review

Black Backless StoolI'm a tattoo artist, and I've been using this chair for about 2-3 months. I figure that is enough time to give it an honest review.
My first issue was putting it together. It seemed like it would be really simple from the directions. However, the allen keys were placed in such a way, that it was quite difficult to get the wrench to turn more than a quarter turn. It would have been assembled in less than 10 minutes, if not for the near-impossible screws! I got so frustrated, I had my co-worker finish assembling it. Once assembled, it's quite sturdy, so that's a plus. I suppose the agony of screwing it together was worth it.
The next issue is that the actual seat is too wide. I feel like I'm riding an extremely over-weight horse. I am sitting in this stool about 10 hours/day. At first, it felt better than my normal, flat stool. Now, if I use it on a longer appointment (which can be up to 4 hours) my hips and butt hurt worse than before! I don't suggest this stool if you need to sit for long periods of time.
Final issue is the base is too wide. I have to get pretty close to people, and often the wheels will bang into the client's chair, or the arm rest, causing me to have to stop what I'm doing and re-adjust everything. If you're a massage therapist, or aesthetician, I'm sure you'd have the same problem.
