Pros: The hydraulic mechanism works fine and the chair is attractive and comfortable. I like the padded arms. Cons:My main issue is with the tilt control and the lock mechanism.I keep having to turn the chair upside down to fiddle with it which is annoying. If you are someone who likes to rock a bit while you're sitting in your office chair-I would take a pass on this one.
