I had a lumbar fusion in October 2009, and I have purchased two of these cushions - one for work and one for home.My back gets sore if I sit in a hard-backed chair, and these cushions are incredible.They feel a bit stiff while they warm up with body heat.Then they conform to your spine and give welcome relief.
