Received chair in two days. this chair was very easy to assemble, took lessthan 20 minutes. I have seen other reviews for other chairs where the arms broke, and I can say with all certainty that this will never happen with this chair the arms are made with heavy thick metal. Overall the chair is very solidly built and will last a long, long time. The chair is very padded but overall it is a very firm chair. It varies slightly from the in that it is black leather with white stitching, but this does not detract from the chair overall. I am very happy with this purchase.
