Purchased this chair for a big & tall employee. Was impressed when I put it together as it was all metal, except for the wheels. This was a hefty chair.Employee liked its feel, height, stability, size of seat pan, etc.However, within 30 days one of the wheels broke.I imagine it was due to his tendency to lean way back in the chair, but still, it only lasted 30 days before we had to call in on the warranty.Wheels are on backorder.
